Now Production LLC (“NOW PRODUCTION,” “we,” “us”) operates now-production.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a proposal, contact us, or apply for a role, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name or website, the package you are interested in, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions such as submitting a form.

Embedded content. Portfolio videos are embedded from YouTube, which may collect information under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and prepare your proposal, schedule calls and shoots, send updates about your project, send marketing messages only if you agree to receive them, improve our website and advertising, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you check a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NOW PRODUCTION at the phone number you provide. Non-marketing messages relate to your inquiry, scheduling, and project updates. Marketing messages may include special offers and production updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at hello@now-production.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that help us send and manage messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Webflow), our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), and analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta); with professional advisors; or when required by law.

5. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and manage how Meta uses your information in your Meta ad settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, deliver and support your project, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@now-production.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time and stop text messages by replying STOP.

9. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
