When will my video be ready?+
Tell us if you have a launch or event date. We confirm filming availability, edit delivery, and feedback deadlines in your proposal before you book. Extra locations or more involved productions may need a different schedule.
What is a brand video?+
It’s the introduction you want a potential customer to see: who you are, what you do, how you work, and what makes your business worth getting to know. We combine a guided interview with footage of your people and business in action.
How do I choose between Solo and Team?+
Choose Solo when one person is featured on camera. Choose Team when two or three people are featured. We plan the story around your business, not your total employee count. Four or more featured people, extra locations, or a more involved concept need a custom quote.
What if I’m not comfortable on camera?+
You don’t need acting experience or a memorized speech. We prepare the talking points, ask focused questions, and guide your delivery. There is room for practice, pauses, and another take.
Where can I use the finished video?+
Your website, About page, social profiles, email introductions, presentations, and sales follow-ups. Tell us the intended channels before filming so we can plan the right versions. Extra formats and advertising versions can be scoped separately.
What is included, and what is extra?+
Solo and Team include story planning, directed filming at one agreed location, one finished brand video, and the listed revision rounds. Lifestyle photography, social media reels, and a silent website loop are optional add-ons. Reels and the loop use footage from your brand-video shoot. Additional locations, talent, studio rental, travel, and extra production are quoted separately. Publishing and account management are not included.
What happens after I inquire?+
We review your business and goals, confirm the package fit, and discuss the production plan. You receive a written scope, schedule, and payment terms before booking. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a shoot or require payment.
