How fast will we get photos and video?

Your proposal lists every file and when it arrives: recap, social version, photos and anything you add. Standard delivery is 10 business days. Need something sooner? Faster delivery is planned around your event: some clients want photos first, others a recap or a social clip the same night, so you can post while guests are still talking about it.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds on every video, so you can fine-tune the edit before final delivery.

Business & Brand Events or Conferences & Summits?

Business & Brand Events are planned gatherings like product launches, brand activations, networking nights, client receptions, celebrations, awards, panels and workshops, covered by a photographer and a videographer. Conferences & Summits are built around speakers and sessions, sometimes in several rooms or over several days, and get a crew of three planned around your agenda. Bigger conferences get a larger production team. Not sure? Tell us about your event on the intro call.

Do you record full speaker sessions?

Yes. Your recap is a highlight film of the event, not a recording of every talk. Full speaker and panel recordings are planned separately around your agenda, with their own cameras and audio, and quoted by the number of sessions.

What is included, and what is extra?

Every package includes planning around your agenda, photo and video coverage, edited photos and two revision rounds on your video. Business & Brand events get a 2–3 minute recap, a 30–60 second vertical cut and 75–150 edited photos. Conferences & Summits get a 3–5 minute recap, a 60-second vertical cut and 150–300 edited photos per day. Large productions get a custom proposal. You can add faster delivery, guest testimonials, extra social cuts, full session recordings, extra event days, and more hours, crew or rooms. We go through the options on your intro call.

What happens after I inquire?

Pick a time for a free intro call. We ask about your date, venue, agenda, guest count and what you need afterwards, then recommend the right coverage. When everything is clear, we can send your proposal right after the call. Your date is reserved once your booking is complete.
